Small Update... Once set I did another layer of glue along all the joins and let it set, flipped it around and did the same on the outer edges after removing the 2inch tape. War Tumbler - Nose Cone (12).jpg Did a quick layer of resin to pull into the wood to seal it before the fiberglass gets applie...

* Update... Managed to get the side and front sections together... Just used some scrap wood to support it on the sides even thou I did do the 2inch tape and glue again... War Tumbler - Nose Cone (8).jpg And then left it to set and the next morning I ran over the join lines again with some more glue...

:lol: Thats the result of "trial & error" and using the sander to smooth them out... ;)

Nice. How do you cut the wood? Jigsaw? Hi Sly, Yeah this is 3mm hardboard so with all the small pieces I just use a jigsaw and cut about 1mm outside the lines and then I smooth all the pieces down on the big sander to make sure They are nice and straight.
